dc.description.abstractThis research aims to analyze and interpret his educational thoughts within the broader context of his social,historical,and philosophical perspectives.The study highlights his views on the aims of education ,emphasizing his insights into human development ,knowledge acquisition ,pedagogy , and the social function of education . The research critically examines Ibn Khalduns conception of education as a process that nurtures both moral and intellectual growth , highlighting his views on stages of learning ,the importance of gradual instruction ,and the relationship between the teacher and the learner.His emphasis on experience ,observation and reasoning as tools for understanding aligns remarkably with modern educational theories that stress critical thinking ,learner centered approaches and experiential learning. By comparing lbn Khalduns educational principles with contemporary perspectives in educational psychology and modern curriculum theories , the study demonstrates his timeless relevance.Concepts such as motivation ,social learning and interdisciplinary education find early expression in his thought ,positioning Ibn Khaldun as a precursor to modern educational reformers. The analytical frame work of this study combines historical,philosophical ,and comparative methods to uncover how Ibn Khaldun’s educational thought can inform and enrich modern educational discourse . The research concludes that Mugadhimanot only reflects the intellectual spirit of its age but also offersQ valuable insights for addressing the challenges of education in the twent‘xgfi??t P v century.
