| dc.description.abstract | Life satisfaction of higher secondary school students is a vibrant component of their overall well-being and development, encompassing various domains including academic performance, social relationships, emotional well-being and ethical values. The present study finds the influence of intelligence and leadership styles on life satisfaction. Life satisfaction of higher secondary school students is influencing factor by intelligences that shape their cognitive, spiritual, emotional, social, and moral development. There are different leadership styles such as autocratic, laissez-faire, democratic, transactional, transformational, and charismatic Leadership style, each present unique characteristics that can differently affect students’ development. The multifaceted impact of Intelligences and leadership styles on life satisfaction among higher secondary school students makes an essential consideration for educators, policymakers and parents, as it shapes academic success, psychological well-being, social relationship and overall development. Understanding and promoting life satisfaction has become priority in order to support growth and future success for higher secondary school student. The design followed in this study is quantitative and descriptive nature. The study was conducted on 1200 Higher Secondary School students in Kerala. Stratified random sampling technique was used on the basis of Gender, Birth order, Parental qualification and Parental occupation. Cognitive Intelligence Test, Intelligence Scale, Leadership Styles Inventory and Life Satisfaction Scale are the tools were prepared by the investigator with the help of supervising teacher. Statistical analysis, such as Pearson’s Product Moment Coefficient of Correlation, Test of significance of difference between means (t-test), One way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Multiple regression analysis were used. The findings of the study are there is a significant positive correlation between Intelligences and Life satisfaction and there is a significant positive relationship between Laisses faire, Democratic, Transactional, Transformational and Charismatic leadership styles and life satisfaction among higher secondary school students. Additionally, there is a significant negative correlation between Autocratic leadership styles and Life satisfaction. Its also obtained that Intelligences and Leadership styles are significant predictor on Life satisfaction. The study reveals that Intelligences and Leadership styles have significant influence of Life satisfaction among higher secondary school students in Kerala.
