All these findings supported the implementation of innovative Instructional Package based on Bhagavad–gita for uplifting the students to develop practical skills to regulate their emotions successfully for a better tomorrow. In the light of research findings, the students should be provided opportunities to increase their Emotional Awareness, Emotional Clarity, Emotional Tolerance, Emotion Response modulation and Emotion Regulation Strategy, thereby helping adolescent students to manage their issues by themselves in a wise manner in order to survive in this present scenario of altering social environments. Special training must be given for existing teachers in practicing the strategies for Emotion Regulation and special periods must be provided for the same without increasing the workload of teachers. The Secondary school curriculum also should compulsorily include the moral values from the essence of all religious scriptures and effective Instructional Packages such as Instructional Package based on Bhagavad–gita for the implementation of the same. The lesson plans has to be reframed by incorporating the affective and psychomotor elements besides cognitive aspects and the pedagogic practices of the respective subjects should also include strategies for the emotional development of students.
