| dc.description.abstract | The concept of organizational resilience has gained increasing relevance in today’svolatile and uncertain business environment, particularly for women entrepreneurswho often face unique socio-economic challenges. The aim this study is to investigatethe dynamic interplays that exist among organizational resilience and the performanceof women-led and owned enterprises in Kerala. In an environment characterised byeconomic uncertainty, unexpected change, and frequent natural and health-relatedcrises, resilience has become an essential attribute of entrepreneurial success-particularly among women who often face additional structural and socioculturalobstacles. This study addresses how the resilience of an organisation directly affectsits total performance. It also analyses the inner game difficulties encountered bywomen entrepreneurs in dealing with and rebounding from disruptions, emphasisingthe mediating effect of these entrepreneurs in converting their resilience into concreteresults. In this regard, this study aims to outline the most influential resilience builderpractices that lead to increased business success. Finally, it examines the diversity ofentrepreneurial experiences by examining how socio - demographic variablesmoderate the resilience – performance relationship, thereby providing an integrativeview of the resilience framework in Kerala’s women – led entrepreneurial ecosystem.It is a sample study that uses a structured interview schedule to collect primary datafrom Women Entrepreneurs in Kerala. Appropriate statistical tools were applied toreach meaningful inferences from the study. The findings of the study identified thepositive impact of organizational Resilience on the performance of Women ownedand led Entreprises in Kerala. The study intends to motivate women to take upentrepreneurship and be part of Kerala’s transformation socially and economically byhighlighting their success stories and difficulties. The findings highlight that not allwomen-led enterprises equally benefit from resilience strategies; instead, thesestrategies vary greatly depending on demographic and social attributes. This researchcontributes valuable insights for women Entrepreneurs and policymakers byaddressing the effects of organizational Resilience on the performance. This studyoffers practical implications that contribute effectively to enhancing theorganizational resilience of women-owned and-led enterprises in Kerala. It providesa framework for improving the sustainability, growth, and adaptability of thesebusinesses in a rapidly changing economic and social context. It also offers actionablerecommendations across financial empowerment, capability development, networkbuilding, leadership training, policy reform, and community-based support, andtherefore outlines a roadmap for both governmental and non-governmentalstakeholders to develop the resilience of women-led enterprises | |
