This research study attempts to establish the similarity and consensus among the four Imams of the Schools of Thoughts in jurisprudence through the semantlcs of the four different jurisprudence writings. Highlighting the semantics of the four dlfferent jurisprudence writings in Arabic -an attempt to establish similarity in the writings of four Imams of jurisprudence with the linguistic methods and characteristics. This is to prove that these four Imams of schools of thought in jurisprudence were unanimous and consensus in opinions in their verdicts and rulings which are proving the similarity among their works. The core aim and glorious theme of my research of this theses is to prove the unity and unanimity through schools of thoughts in their Arabic writings of Semantics, so that to get rid of creating sectarianism out of ignorance and aggressiveness and is a simple niche to the people in the darkness, whose adherents and followers are divided themselves into countless sects, subsects, and subdivisions in the name of schools of thoughts in the community. For finding a definite conclusion to build unity, unanimity and uniqueness among the different adherents of various schools of thoughts, and to learning more about legal rules and verdicts of the scholars from among the four founders of schools of thoughts and their deduction of the jurisprudence from the authentic sources, this research theses will be very much useful for further proceed. The research methodologyof this theses refers to the semantics in the Arabic writings of four Imams of jurisprudence specifically written by four schools of thought, founded by Imam Abu Hanifa,Imam Malik,Imam AI Shafi’e and Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal.
